What?

I cant hear any songs when I press play, but when I go to swipe the song off the screen, it starts to play a second of the part that should have been playing.
I know its not my iPod, Ive tried it on a different one.
I cant go back an listen to a bunch of my recordings because Im not a VIP anymore.
Its always fine, until you guys start messing with it. If youre not gonna fix the issues we have, then dont touch it.
Also, lower your prices, nobody wants to break the bank to sing something that should be free, or at least inexpensive
