I already delete the apps but Still got charge for $2.99 Is very difficult to sign out from the app so confusing?

Ok I absolutely love this app but Im having problems with the recent update. Everything I try to record a song its telling me to access my microphone but now I check all the settings related to this app and I found nothing.

The app itself is find. No bugs, nothing. But now non-paying members are treated as second class citizens. We cant buy any new songs and the songs we already bought we cant use anymore. Its really greedy.

Couple of days ago I noticed a charge in my iTunes Store. Couldnt check it until now. Its from this app. I dont want the app anymore how can I get reimbursed?
