Great app, Meh customer service

Apps is awesome. Really. Nothing more to say.

Customer service? nope.
I contacted them several times just for a simple issue of not having to be able to create a line break when typing profile (several people can decorate their profile page nicely, whereas Im at my wits end on why dont we have that feature on smule except for the private message).

Its a very simple problem, but I bet Im not the only one thats curious about this and the support team just ignored my email several times so yeah..too bad
