Very Disappointed

My previous phone was an htc m7 and the battery of my phone died. I did not have a phone for 3 months. so I recently bought a new iPhone 6 and as I installed this app and signed in with my account, well I guess I understand the fact that you guys dont support the credit system anymore because of this new update. But I have a problem, all of my songs that I unlocked they disappeared and I was very confused of what happened to my songs. I dont have V.I.P and I worked very hard of getting those songs and I feel like its unfair. I emailed them and I had not received any replies. I dont care about the credits, all I really want that matters to me is getting my songs back.
