This app used to be a blast....update in April 2016 ??????

I recently signed up for my second year as a VIP member. If you dont pay for the VIP status, it can be a hard app to use because of the way its structured. They are definitely looking for paying customers. The Application is not as good of a value as it previously was. It was purchased by Apple. Following that, A VIP membership increased significantly in price, because it requires you to buy all related apps. I think they should offer single app VIP packages at reduced prices; like before.

I found that singing has increased my lung capacity and enhanced my mood. I have friends who would say the same thing.

They keep updating the site, which is good; but they frequently mess up something that worked well before they updated something else. Since Apple purchase them, updates are more frequent and more comprehensive; and for the most part, messing up good things when they do their updates.

7/17 - They have amped up their updates, a lot of them are nice. They dont do sufficient beta testing before releasing updates & they usually cause a problem for some group of users. They eventually fix them, but its frustrating.

They have added arrangements with recording stars like Ed Sheehan & Charlie Puth (many others) where you can sing duets with them. Im older, so it seems gimmicky to me; but they seem to be popular❣️

Also, I make suggestions to them frequently , but they dont seem to care. They never act on them, I just get canned responses. Customer service needs improvement‼️
