The positive side to this app is the ability to sing a wide selection of song choices. The VIP choices are much better as far as song selection and the quality of the vocals. Non VIP members can sing duets, but they dont have a lot of song options. I believe it is worth the monthly subscription if you enjoy singing and meeting new people, but it isnt affordable for everyone. There are a lot of fun groups, and collaborations that are very enjoyable. This app allows the singer to go outside their comfort zones and it gives the singer a way to not only sing karaoke tracks, but to create originals as well. I highly recommend this app for anyone who loves music. The only negative is that the non VIP membership is pretty blah, but it is far better than other apps. The price is a bit too high as well. $10.99 a month is too much for an app. I believe $4.99 would be much more affordable for the average person.

ive been using smule a long time, and its a great stress relief, but this update is not good. i understand youre trying to improve, but its not working. for one, you took the flag option away, where you can go backward and sing again if you messed up. that is my number one concern because everyone uses that, including me. secondly, the audio sounds a little more robotic. i thought maybe it was the super studio levels but i put it on polish and it still sounded distorted. hopefully you fix those issues soon! until then i wont be using it sadly :(

Definitely older version was better, in the newer version Smule try to concentrate more on the look rather than quality. Even there are some flaws where I press audio mix button and its hard to make it go back to previous screen. PLZZZ let me go back to previous version ??

A lil overpriced but i have yet to not find a song i want to sing. Also sing with the artists if great

What the actual hell smule!? I get it that you need more money perhaps, but taking away the songs that people have owned since the /beginning/, and only being able to sing a solo if youre VIP, is absolutely insane!! Ive been on this app since it began and frankly, removing the songs people earned from watching ads continuously is not cool whatsoever. This app seems to slowly get worse, what a shame.

I dont like the new version at all because you cant deal really tell which song are real and which is fake.

This all allows me to sing and gain an audience without out hanging to physically be in front of hundreds of people. Thank you smule for this amazing app where I can connect with people and also allowing me to learn piano on one of your other apps.

I absolutely love this app! I do wish they would offer some special prices from time to time because it is expensive if you want to purchase. Sound quality is amazing and it is definitely addicting!

Settings like SS save 1 less when you go away and come back. Video centers weird and something happened to the sound quality. Stay away!!!!

I wanted a place to go to sing songs without the bar atmosphere. Here it is! As long as you dont expect yourself or anyone else to sound like they won some talent show, youll be fine. Think of this as a world-wide karaoke bar. Its awesome! Theres great singers, bad singers, and everyone in between. Were just sharing the love of singing! It does take some time to get used to the sound of your voice in the headphones. You have to adjust for your volume and the acoustics of the room. Just try it! Like I learned on Dirty Jobs, "Try, try em!" And if you dont like the way your song turned out, just delete it! "He no go!" Just a few suggestions: It would be great to be able to sort invites multiple ways: those we follow, those following us, by groups, by individuals... Also, I would really like the alphabet down the side of the followers/followees so I could skip right down to the letter without scrolling through hundreds of people.

This app is a must have for anyone who has ever wanted to sing their hearts out! If you love music and are the type of person who cant help but to sing every song that comes on the radio, this app is everything you could dream of. Sing by yourself or collaborate with others. Freaking awesome!
